  • Invitation Letter from Ghana 
  • Return Confirmed Ticket
  • 2 References in Ghana ( One should be Signing person ) along with their Ghana ID Card copy and their direct contact/ mobile numbers must to be mentioned in Visa Form. 
  • Company Registration Copy of Indian and Ghana Company.
  • If Invitee happens to be Indian then his/her Passport copy(1st and Last Page) and Residence /Work Permit Copy.
  • Original Yellow Fever Certificate Card 
  • COVID Vaccination copy
  • Valid passport with atleast 6 month validity from the date of travel.

  • Copy of signed Contract/ Agreement.
  • Copy of a letter from Ghana Investment Promotion Centre approving Immigrant quota.
  • Letter from Ghana Immigration service, sanctioning grant of visa to the Applicant.
  • Foreign Exchange endorsement/ Copy of Credit cards.
  • Confirmed One Way Air Ticket.
  • COVID Vaccination copy

  • Permitted Activities: This visa is strictly for tourism, sightseeing, casual visits to meet friends/relatives, and short-term yoga programmes.

  • Prohibited Activities: You cannot engage in any form of business, employment, or missionary work on this visa.

  • Non-Extendable: The 1 Year e-Tourist Visa cannot be extended or converted to any other type of visa while you are in India.

  • Entry Points: You must enter India through one of the designated airports or seaports.

  • Continuous Stay Limit: Each stay in India should not exceed 90 days (or 180 days for specific nationalities as permitted). You must exit the country before this period is over, but you may re-enter immediately if you wish.

  • Restricted Areas: This visa is not valid for travel to protected, restricted, or cantonment areas.
