  • 1 Visa application form duly filled in and signed by black pen only.
  • 1 Recent passport size colour photographs with red background to be glued on the appropriate place on the visa application form.
  • Covering letter from the applicant on company s letter head stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit.
  • Appointment or Contract Letter.
  • Invitation letter from the Indonesian Company.
  • Invitee ID Proof copy

  • Approval clearance letter from the Immigration Department of Indonesia should directly come to the embassy from immigration department.
  • An Immigration message from the Immigration Authorities from Jakarta.
  • Letter from Labour Ministry ( Indonesia),
  • ID card copy and kitas copy of the signing authority on invitation.

  • Permitted Activities: This visa is strictly for tourism, sightseeing, casual visits to meet friends/relatives, and short-term yoga programmes.

  • Prohibited Activities: You cannot engage in any form of business, employment, or missionary work on this visa.

  • Non-Extendable: The 1 Year e-Tourist Visa cannot be extended or converted to any other type of visa while you are in India.

  • Entry Points: You must enter India through one of the designated airports or seaports.

  • Continuous Stay Limit: Each stay in India should not exceed 90 days (or 180 days for specific nationalities as permitted). You must exit the country before this period is over, but you may re-enter immediately if you wish.

  • Restricted Areas: This visa is not valid for travel to protected, restricted, or cantonment areas.
